This Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for purchases made through our online wholesale store.
Order Processing
At JEELZO we aim to process all orders within 2-5 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. A confirmation will then be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Bulk or custom orders may require additional processing time. If so, we will notify you by text after the order is placed using the phone number you provided in your order.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship orders using approved third-party carriers selected based on order size, weight, and destination.
Delivery Timeframes
We will notify you via text message using the phone number provided at checkout to confirm the delivery day and time.
Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, volume, destination, and shipping method and will be displayed during the checkout process.
Note: We ship goods ONLY within the UK.
Delivery Location & Receiving
We are NOT responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure that you provide us with accurate and complete delivery information.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
It is advisable to inspect your goods as soon as they are delivered. If your order arrives with some items missing or damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the order/item's condition.
We address these issues on a case-by-case basis to provide a gratifying solution.
